How to place an order

To purchase a mast, you need to place an order for its production. To do this, please add the product to your cart and fill in your details necessary for placing the order. In the “comments” field, please specify whether the mast head should be cut for a classic Deep Tuttle Box mount. If no such information is provided, the head will be standard.

You can also place an order by sending a message to: biuro@dark-fins.pl.

Once you have filled in all the required information, you will be redirected to online payment, where you can choose one of the payment methods. Once the payment is completed, you will be notified of the successful order placement, and we will start the production of your mast. Production typically takes one to two weeks outside of the season, but in exceptional situations, it may take slightly longer, and you will be informed via email or phone.

When your mast is ready, we will notify you and send it to the address specified in the order, unless personal pickup was selected. If you have any additional questions, feel free to call or write to us.
