**Orders and Delivery**

1. The basis for order fulfillment is completing the purchase procedure through the Dark Fins online store or placing an order via email at biuro@dark-fins.pl.

2. We will notify you via email or phone about any lack of ordered goods in stock.

3. The Service Company reserves the right to verify the order by phone.

4. The order fulfillment time is a maximum of 6 business days unless it is a product made to the buyer's individual order, in which case the completion time is a maximum of 30 days from the moment of payment for the order.
